2023, 18 x 24 inches, black masking tape and latex paint on wood panel

This piece is inspired by Henri De Toulouse-Lautrec.  I recently saw a piece by him at the National Gallery and I thought this would be a simple intriguing rendition.  The title is a reference to one of my favorite films released in 2002, "Russian Ark" which follows an interesting guide throughout the film.   If you get a chance check out the film.  It was shot all in one take.
